Brandon Osterman is an independent producer, writer and director with fifteen years producing a comprehensive body of film & entertainment work that includes short films invited to a long list of prestigious film festivals, including The Director’s Fortnight exhibition at the Cannes International Film Festival, commercial projects for successful international clients like Wix.com, concert videos for popular recording artists like The Naked and Famous.

Producing content for the internet, television and cinema, he has cultivated a strong, comprehensive set of skills as a writer, director, cinematographer and post-production artist.

As a post-production artist, he’s held positions as an Animator, VFX Supervisor, and Post-Production Supervisor. Editing professionally for over a decade, he's gained proficiency in post-production and visual effects systems from Adobe, AVID, Apple and Autodesk, and he is currently certified from AVID Professional Training in both Media Composer and Pro Tools.

In 2016 he founded the SCADFILM training initiative for the Savannah College of Art and Design in Atlanta, Georgia, where he produced a world-class lineup of seminars and workshops attended by more than 2000 independent filmmakers and hosted by an esteemed lineup of guest instructors including: Edward James Olmos, Glen Morgan, Amy Heckerling and Richard Donner.

In 2017 he started Indie Film Craft, a quarterly workshop program he operates in partnership with the Atlanta Film Festival, training the budding crop of independent filmmakers in “The Hollywood of The South”, Atlanta, Georgia.

He also owns and operates Indie Film Tools, an Atlanta-based production services and equipment rental company with cinema-class cameras, optics, support, lighting, production sound recording, 4K editing, coloring and VFX, ADR and more.

Mr. Osterman resides in Atlanta, where he is currently producing the feature-length indie sci-fi adventure “Dragon Flowers", called a "lovely, inventive yet elegantly simple screenplay" by Scriptfix.com and rated a 9.4 out of 10 by Screencraft.com
